A resident of North Delta for more than 30 years, Ian has built an extensive career in senior management and executive leadership across the public, private, and not-for-profit sectors, including roles with eight international multi-sport games. Since becoming an independent consultant, he has remained engaged in community service and governance through organizations such as the Delta Chamber of Commerce, Earthwise Society, Vancouver Chamber Choir, Feed The Bees Campaign, the Delta Police Board, and numerous other community initiatives and causes.

He is a judge at the Australian Podcast Awards, The Webby Awards, and a member of the International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences. Chris is highly sought after by business coaches, thought leaders, associations, government agencies, and other brands to produce podcasts.

Roy is a former president, CMO and entrepreneur with over 40 years of successful and unmatched executive leadership experience in every aspect of business. As President of a major data and internet company, his leadership and audacious ‘unheard-of ways’ took the company from its early stage to $1 Billion in annual sales. He is a blogger, content marketer and mentor to young professionals. As an accomplished business advisor, he is the author of the no-nonsense book series ‘BE DiFFERENT or be dead’, with ‘The Audacious Unheard-of Ways I took a Startup to A BILLION IN SALES’ his seventh.

Jason Mitchell, Director

Jason is the owner of Wesgrove Homes Inc., a Delta-based construction company specializing in residential renovations, additions, and custom projects with a focus on clear communication, quality craftsmanship, and fixed-price construction. Having grown up in Ladner, Jason values the relationships and sense of community that come with living and working locally. He brings a practical, straightforward approach to business and takes pride in helping homeowners navigate complex projects with confidence and transparency. Outside of work, Jason enjoys spending time with his wife and three children and being involved in the community he calls home.

Aditi Rudra, Director

Aditi Rudra is a consultant, strategist, and community development leader with 15+ years of experience supporting non-profits, municipalities, and social-impact organizations across BC. She specializes in strategic planning, organizational development, and collaborative systems. As Program Manager for the City of New Westminster’s Building Safer Communities initiative, Aditi leads multi-agency efforts focused on early intervention and risk prevention. Her broader experience includes leadership roles advancing youth engagement, housing, food security, and community wellness initiatives across the province.

Rica Vinluan, Director

Rica is a Financial Advisor and Partner of Edward Jones. Her office is located at 64 Avenue and 120 Street in North Delta. She specializes in life-centered financial planning mainly for business owners, professionals and family enterprises. Rica and her husband Joe have lived in the Fraser Valley for over 30 years. They have three children and an 'Aussie-Doodle' named Duke. They value faith, family, and charity.

Bill Warwick, Director

Born and raised in North Delta, Bill built his career through decades of leadership in the restaurant industry. Starting at White Spot in 1988 as a busboy, he progressed through front-line and kitchen roles before purchasing the Kennedy Heights location at age 23. He later served as Corporate General Manager across Vancouver and Burnaby locations, opened the Kensington and Hastings White Spot in 2013, and trained new managers as Corporate Training Manager. Bill also champions community partnerships and local business engagement throughout North Delta and Surrey.
